- 01In the camera menu, set Wi-Fi/NFC to Disable before connecting the USB cable. Leave it off during the USB check.
- 02Connect the camera to your computer with a USB data cable, straight into the computer rather than through a hub, and turn the camera on. This camera takes a Mini-USB cable.
- 03Open Camera Shutter Count and go to Check.
- 04When it shows Connected via USB, select Check.
- 05The count appears in the result card.
